Dr. Emily Hubis, DMD
Dr. Emily Hubis grew up in Rock Hill, where she attended Northwestern High School. She then went on to receive her B.S. degree from the University of South Carolina in 2003 and her D.M.D degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2007. She has been practicing dentistry since then in South Carolina and North Carolina, and now, she is happy to be coming “home” and setting up a practice in Rock Hill.
The location of River District Smiles Dentistry is significant to her because her father worked at the Celanese Celriver Plant that once occupied the area now known as the Riverwalk.
From Passion to Practice
Dr. Hubis is a member of the American Dental Association, the South Carolina Dental Association, the South Charlotte Study Club, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She likes to apply the “southern hospitality” she was raised with to dentistry, and she enjoys interacting with patients and providing quality dental care in a friendly, compassionate, and relaxed environment.
Outside the Dental Office
Outside of the office, Dr H enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, cooking, Pilates, and working in her yard and garden Dr. Hubis resides in Fort Mill, South Carolina with her husband, Dr. Matthew Hubis, their two children, and their Labradoodle.
