How Does Botox® Work?

Botox Cosmetic blocks nerve impulses in the injection muscle. By decreasing muscle activity and decreasing repetitive movements, the wrinkle line is softened. The muscles are blocked from sending nerve impulses to the brain so it is impossible for them to contract and make wrinkles.

Time is one of the greatest benefits of Botox. The treatment itself doesn’t take long at all, usually even 15 minutes or less, depending on your treatment plan. When Will I See Results From TempSure Envi?

With TempSure Envi, you will instantly see results from your treatment after one session. When leaving your treatment, you will have a natural glow and what most describe as a “tighter” feeling in the treatment area with slight redness. Your body will immediately release collagen and continue doing so for quite some time while restoring elasticity. While every patient is different, we do recommend a series of treatments to ensure the best results.

No matter what, you’ll keep seeing outcomes get better for a few weeks following treatment. To get the most out of your sessions, we suggest having 4 to 6 appointments 1 month apart. That way you’ll get excellent results that will last a long time. TempSure Envi provides long-lasting results, but our dentists recommend getting touch-ups once or twice a year to slow down the natural aging process.
